About our deck service. Most times decks need to be pressure washed prior to coating them. Unfortunately pressure washing lifts the grain of the wood. This is evidenced when the deck dries, as it will seem rough. To counter act this we always use a wood conditioner after washing, this eliminates that rough feeling. The we apply via brush and roller or sometimes lamb wool applicator top quality stain/sealer, with our service you can typically expect three to five years of protection.
